Confirmation and Cancellation
- Payment for bookings are to be made in full to confirm reservation.
- Peak Period - Cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to date of arrival, after this time we charge 50% as cancellation fee.
- Non-Peak Period - Cancellation is free of charge 48 hours prior to date of arrival, after this time we charge 30% as cancellation fee
